Your wellness, organized
IQSTAX is a personal wellness tracker for logging medications, birth control, peptides, vitamins, creams, and more—alongside your routines and progress.
Free web beta today. App Store & Android coming soon.

Organize personal routines and scheduled reminders in one place.
Track the entries and milestones that help you see your own progress over time.
Choose what you record. The current web beta saves your entries in this browser on your device.
More than peptides
Add an item from a category or enter your own name. Keep a personal record of what you use, when you use it, and the details that matter to you.
Prescription and over-the-counter medications, including birth control pills and other items you name yourself.
Daily vitamins, minerals, and supplements, with your own schedule and notes.
Record your prescribed routine, logged amounts, and injection-site history where applicable.
Add skin creams, lotions, ointments, gels, and other topical items as custom entries using the Topical route.
Track nasal products and record cosmetic or clinic treatments in the relevant category.
Use Other for custom items. Keep notes, scheduled days and times, and inventory details where the available fields fit your item.
Alongside item logs: mood check-ins, weight history, progress photos, calendar entries, and notes. Available fields and units vary by item. Custom entries are records, not product recommendations.
Birth control logging does not predict fertility, assess contraceptive protection, or provide missed-dose instructions. Follow your clinician and the product’s instructions.
A look inside IQSTAX
Real screens from the current web beta, shown with about eight weeks of fictional sample history. Native app screens may change before release. Sample progress is illustrative, not a promised result.

Simple pricing
$4.99 USD / month at launch
Our planned subscription includes a 14-day trial, followed by one monthly subscription. There is no Free/Pro split and no item cap.
The planned web trial will not require a card. When paid access launches, continuing after the trial will require choosing a subscription. The planned experience keeps your existing history readable, with export and deletion available after the trial or subscription ends.
These are launch plans, not an offer to charge you today. Any future App Store trial and subscription will show its own eligibility, payment, renewal, and cancellation terms before you subscribe. A native App Store trial should not be assumed to be card-free.

Last updated: September 16, 2026. This policy covers the IQSTAX marketing website and the current web beta at iqstax.netlify.app, operated by Two Three Ventures, LLC. Future native apps or account-based services will have updated disclosures before launch.
The current web beta does not require an online account. Entries such as your name, routines, doses, schedules, weight, mood, notes, and selected progress photos are stored in your browser on your device. The current web beta does not upload these entries to an IQSTAX account or cloud database. Browser storage is used to remember entries and settings between visits.
Opening the website or beta sends ordinary connection information, such as your IP address, browser information, requested page, and request time, to the hosting provider. The marketing website uses Cloudflare and the web beta uses Netlify. Their infrastructure may process technical logs for delivery, security, and reliability. This is separate from your locally stored tracker entries.
If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you include. Our business email uses Google Workspace. We use that correspondence to respond to your request. Do not email sensitive health information.
The website and current web beta do not include advertising trackers or third-party marketing analytics scripts. We do not sell your personal information. Hosting and email providers process information needed to provide those services. Information you choose to export, email, or share is handled by the destination you select. External links are governed by the destination’s policies.
Local entries remain until you delete them or your browser removes its stored data. They do not automatically sync across devices or browsers. Protect your device and browser profile; local storage is not a guarantee of confidentiality or a substitute for a backup. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Support correspondence and provider technical logs have separate retention from local tracker data. Contact us to request deletion of information held through support; we will explain any information that must be retained for legal or security reasons. You can ask about access, correction, or deletion at info@myiqstax.com. See the data deletion instructions below.
We will update this page and its date when practices change. Account creation, cloud syncing, payment processing, and native app permissions must be disclosed before those features become available.
Last updated: September 16, 2026. These terms describe use of the IQSTAX website and current web beta from Two Three Ventures, LLC.
IQSTAX helps you record and review information you enter. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, or recommend a medicine, supplement, peptide, dose, injection technique, or schedule. Listed items and illustrative screens are not endorsements. Follow your licensed clinician and product labeling. Do not change treatment based on an app entry, reminder, calculation, or educational description.
IQSTAX is not an emergency service. Seek appropriate urgent care in an emergency. Progress displays describe recorded information; they do not establish health improvement, treatment effectiveness, or safety.
Check the accuracy of entries, units, dates, and schedules. Reminders depend on browser and device support, permissions, and operating conditions; delivery is not guaranteed. Use another reliable method for time-critical reminders. You remain responsible for your records, decisions, device security, and any information you share.
The current beta is free and billing is not active. Features may change, be incomplete, or become unavailable. The planned launch pricing is a 14-day trial followed by $4.99 USD per month. A paid subscription will require a separate sign-up with its applicable billing and cancellation terms. Using this website does not start a paid subscription.
Use IQSTAX lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or upload or share information you are not entitled to use. You retain rights to the information you enter.
The beta is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, or suitability for medical decisions. Keep a separate copy of records you need. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded. Questions about these terms can be sent to info@myiqstax.com.
The current web beta has no online account to delete. Its tracker entries and progress photos are stored in the browser used to access iqstax.netlify.app.
This removes locally stored records, preferences, and progress photos for that site. It cannot be undone through IQSTAX. Removing a Home Screen shortcut alone is not a reliable way to erase browser data. Downloaded exports, original photos in your photo library, and copies you shared must be deleted separately.
Email info@myiqstax.com with the subject “IQSTAX data deletion request”. Tell us whether you need help clearing local data or want information held through support deleted. Use the email address involved in the support conversation; do not include health records or passwords. We may need to verify the request and explain any required retention. We cannot remotely erase data stored only in your browser.
If a future version introduces accounts, its account-deletion process and any retention exceptions will be published here before launch. Deleting data and cancelling a future paid subscription are separate actions; subscription cancellation instructions will be shown with that service.
